Zondagavond 29 januari streamt Catskill Mountain / NY weer een Fortepiano Salon met als thema: ‘Pianos and the Salon in the 18th C.’ Rebecca Cypress geeft een voorproefje van haar recente boek ‘Women & the Musical Salons in the Enlightenment’ en Marcia Hadjimarkos voert muziek uit van Mme de Villeblanche, tijdgenote van Belle van Zuylen en zelf ook een fameuze Salonnière in het Parijs van de Verlichting. Marcia Hadjimarkos (deelneemster Geelvinck Fortepiano Festival 2016) speelt op een Johannes Bätz square piano carré 1789. Klik op de link!’
