Anna Jankowska

Anna Jankowska ( Dwulit) was born in Gdansk ( Poland ) in 1985. She was studying modern cello in Gdansk Academy of Music with Tadeusz Samerek. She completed that study in 2009, obtaining the title of Master of Arts.

Her interest in early music playing began in ensemble “Bianco Fiore”, which has won many awards throughout its carrier. The ensemble consistently performs at many major music scenes in Poland and abroad, including Germany, Belgium, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Great Britain. Undoubtedly, one of the greatest success of Bianco Fiore was a concert at the Berlin Philharmonic in 2005.

To deepen her skills in the performance of early music, Anna took part in master classes with such prominent teachers as Jaap ter Linden, Mark Caudle, William Carter, Dirk Snellings, Jonathan Manson, Claudio Cavina, Jozeph Crouch and James Oxley.
