Eunhee Baek – piano Pianiste Eunhee Baek Eunhee Baek began her piano studies at the age of three. Combined with composition she continued her studies as young student in Korean National University of Arts in Seoul. She gave her first recital at the age of 13 in the Kumho Art Hall in Seoul and thereafter followed many more recitals and concerts with various orchestras. Since she started her career in Europe, she gives numerous concerts in Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Korea. Eunhee Baek obtained her diploma (2014) and Konzertexamen (2017) at Berlin University of the Arts with Mi-Joo Lee and Mozarteum in Salzburg (2018) with Jacques Rouvier. Since 2017 she continues to study with Boris Petrushansky in international Piano Academy Imola. She is prizewinner of various international competitions; International Dr. Dichler Competition (2005) in Vienna, Int. Pietro Argento Competition (2011), Int. Artur Schnabel Competition (2011) in Berlin, 22nd Young Virtuoso Int. Competition (2016) in Zagreb and the Lyon International Competition (2018). She is also a scholarship holder by the Gisela & Erich Andreas Foundation and the Foundation Clavarte. Apart from her solo career she is also a member of “Berliner Ensemble Essenz” a chamber music group specialised in contemporary music, since the debut of the group in 2013.
